We strive to provide engagement and growth opportunities for our membership. We provide casual opportunities for our membership to connect and celebrate our personal and section successes through are bi-yearly networking lunches and through our annual Holiday Brunch. We build up our members and fostering continued achievement aspirations through our annual Distinguished Member Award and Outstanding Engineer Award.
In addition, the membership committee includes the Upward Mentoring group that identifies and mentors leaders in the community on the benefits of SWE membership.
